- Regarding books on sale, we cannot offer a discount.
- For the two titles at regular price — Rubin (2012) and Alesch (2009) — please write to our sales manager for bulk discount terms. Usually, for 6 or more copies a discount is available.

Payment in advance is strongly preferred, since we are a very small business. Shipping and handling fees will be added to each order, the amount contingent on distance and size of order.
NOTE re SHIPPING: Prices of the books include shipping to the U.S. and Canada only. For buyers in other countries, please check with us before ordering.
All books will be shipped media rate unless other arrangements are made in advance.
RETURNS: Only incomplete or damaged orders will be accepted for return within 30 days.
